What Is NOAH?

NOAH is New Creation Church’s Online Access Hub! All congregation members who are at least 13 years old, or who will be turning 13 years old in the current year, may sign up for a NOAH account.

The system aims to enhance church life, and allows congregation members to conveniently book seats for our midweek services, first two Sunday English services and Rock Kidz classes for all four services at The Star Performing Arts Centre (The Star PAC). Seat booking is not required for the 3rd and 4th services on Sundays except for Rock Kidz parents.

As our church continues to grow, it is increasingly important to manage our crowd in an orderly and effective manner. It is the heart of the church to help you be more at rest while preparing for Sunday service.

With the launch of NOAH, you can book seats in advance and come to church assured that you have a designated seat!

What Can I Do On NOAH?

1. Manage your profile

Changed your address or contact number recently? Got married or just welcomed a new addition to your family? With NOAH, keeping the church updated is a breeze! Simply key in updates into NOAH and your care group(s) and ministry(s) will have access to your updates in one centralised system.

2. Sign up for church activities and share your testimonies

With your NOAH profile, you can also join a care group, volunteer with a ministry, or sign up for our activities and seminars conveniently. You can also submit your testimonies to the church via NOAH.

3. Book seats for English services at The Star PAC

With NOAH, you can now book seats in advance for the upcoming Sunday English or midweek service. For Sunday English services, booking starts every Tuesday at 8.30am for the 1st service and 11.30am for the 2nd service, up to two hours before each of the first two services on Sunday. As for midweek services, booking begins one week in advance on Wednesday, 8.30am and ends on Sunday, 6pm. Come to church assured of your designated seat.

4. Book Rock Kidz classes for your children at The Star PAC

If you choose to attend Sunday English services at The Star PAC, your children can also be assured of a spot in their respective Rock Kidz classes. We encourage you to book them into their classes under “Rock Kidz Parent Seat Allocation” for any of the four services.


 

Types Of Accounts

Congregation members who are at least 13 years old, or who will be turning 13 years old in the current year, may sign up for a NOAH account.

1. Basic Account

All new accounts created will start off as basic accounts with the following features:

  • Manage personal profile
  • Book seats for self and up to four immediate family members/friends/relatives
  • Book children into Rock Kidz classes at The Star PAC
  • Manage bookings

Congregation members who select the option to make New Creation Church their home church in the system will have their basic accounts reviewed for conversion to standard accounts.

2. Standard Account

Congregation members with standard accounts can enjoy the following features:

  • Manage personal profile
  • Book seats for self, immediate family members and up to four friends/relatives
  • Book children into Rock Kidz classes at The Star PAC
  • Manage bookings
  • Join a care group
  • Join a ministry
  • Share testimonies

 

Create An Account

To create a new basic account in NOAH, follow these easy steps.

Step 1

Go to noah.newcreation.org.sg on your internet browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

Step 2

Click on “Create New Account”.

Step 3

Fill in your particulars.

Step 4

For the option to make New Creation Church your home church, click “Yes” if you have decided to make NCC your home. Your basic account will then be reviewed for conversion to a standard account with more features. You will receive an email notification about the status of the review within seven working days of registering your account.

If you click “No”, your basic account will be created without a review for conversion. You can still access the option to make NCC your home church at any time by returning to your dashboard.

Step 5

Click “Register”.

Step 6

An email with a link to activate your account will be sent to you at the email address you specified during registration. Please click on the activation link within seven days, otherwise it will expire.

If the activation link expires before you have activated your account, follow the steps above to create a new account again.

Step 7

After clicking on the activation link, key in the details needed and click on “Activate”.

Step 8

You will then be prompted to enter your preferred password. Thereafter, you will be brought back to the login page.

Step 9

To start using NOAH, enter your user ID (i.e. your NRIC, FIN or passport number) and password.


 

Important Features

After you have logged into NOAH, be sure to set up your account using all the features listed below. It is important that you don’t miss any step, so you will be able to enjoy hassle-free booking and entry into The Star PAC.

Updating your profile

Ensure that your personal particulars are current. This helps us to understand your needs better.

Linking your family members (aged 13 and above)

It is important for you to establish family links with your immediate family members (i.e. your spouse, parents, parents-in-law and children) so that you can book seats for them and attend English services together as a family at The Star PAC.

Your family members (who are at least 13 years old in the current year and who are attending our church) must have their own NOAH account before you can link up with them. So encourage them to register for an account if they don’t have one yet.

Adding your children (aged 12 and below) to your profile

If you have children aged 12 and below, you will also need to update their information and add them to your profile. This will enable you to book them into Rock Kidz classes on Sundays at The Star PAC.

Rock Kidz will also be obtaining important information such as contact numbers (for SMS updates and emergencies) or medical instructions from your NOAH account.

Registering your access media

An access media is needed to book seats for and gain entry to our midweek and first two Sunday English services at The Star PAC, and to book children into Rock Kidz classes on Sundays for all four services there. It is also needed to register and pick up your children from their classes.

Booking seats for midweek and Sunday English services and spaces for Rock Kidz classes

After you have created your profile, established your family links and registered your access media, you are ready to make your booking for seats at The Star PAC.

Booking opens every Tuesday at 8.30am for the 1st service and 11.30am for the 2nd service, up to 2 hours before each of the first two services on Sunday. While booking begins one week in advance for midweek services on Wednesday, 8.30am and ends on Sunday, 6pm. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

Managing your bookings

If there are changes to your schedule after you have booked seats for service, please edit or cancel your booking promptly, so that your seats can be given up to other congregation members.
